With over 15 years of Nursing experience and as a former Mother/Baby RN, Christian has supported hundreds of women throughout the prenatal space, including as a Lactation Specialist and Pregnancy Health Coach. As an Upper RN and Doula, Christian ensures her patients are nutritionally fit from pre-conception through postpartum, encouraging natural labor and delivery, optimizing baby positioning for accelerated labor, breastfeeding success, and postpartum recovery. Uniquely, Christian also provides Upper prenatal patients with in-home labor support, and accompanies them through their hospital delivery experience.
